I’ve been physically active off and on since high school (mostly off). I’ve lifted weights, run, dieted, etc. I have pictures of me at around 300 pounds when I was 45. But I started running and controlling my diet at 51. I ran 4 marathons and got down to 220 pounds. But Crossfit is an entirely different thing. I can’t imagine doing without it. I’m all in.

I have been happily married to Robert Wilson for 15 years and we live in Kimberly. We are parents to twin boys that will be 8 in August. Mason and Brooks keep us busy with baseball, flag football and basketball and all their other little adventures. I have worked in multiple different departments as a Registered Nurse at Children's of Alabama for the last 15 years, and am currently the GI Lab manager. I can honestly say I love my job and being a pediatric nurse. We attend Church of the Highlands Fultondale campus.
