What is CFG FitCamp? It is a high-energy, circuit-conditioning workout program WITHOUT the use of barbells or high skill gymnastics. The primary focus of this program is on conditioning through running, rowing, and calisthenics, along with the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, tires, and bodyweight exercises.
This program will be constantly varied, meaning each class will bring a whole new workout with different movements, time domains, and formats.
