Any new fitness routine can be scary. Our Beginners On-Ramp program will take care of fear or uncertainties you may have about starting this new journey. Our program is designed to teach you in a comfortable environment and allow you to progress at your own level.
The Beginners On-Ramp program has been designed to build on the techniques you learned in prior classes. Therefore, it is mandatory that you attend all classes before transitioning into the regularly scheduled workouts.
At CrossFit Gardendale, we require all individuals new to CrossFit to go through our Beginners On-Ramp Program. The Beginners On-Ramp Program is a 6 day course. During this course, the coaches will introduce you to the movements that make up CrossFit. This course teaches you the CrossFit way, which is Mechanics first, Consistency second and Intensity last. In order to be successful, you must learn the mechanics and fundamentals of the movements first.
*The On-Ramp Rate is $165 for the first month and the second month is FREE!
